Managed a full company of ~135 infantry soldiers, overseeing their readiness for deployment, including training, finances, and proper discipline. + Quality Control: Created and implemented quality standards and tracking processes, ensuring the readiness of all soldiers, including the oversight of proper training and safety procedures, and ensuring the readiness and serviceability of $35M+ in equipment. + Project Management: Directed the day-to-day operations, project management, and logistics, advising the Commander on administrative items including appointments, promotions and reductions, assignments, and discipline of NCOs and enlisted soldiers.
