This involved socialization of the concept, developing prototypes and final delivery to production. This key architectural strategy enabled the delivery of two key products - NetBenefits Participant Experience Personalization (PZN) with real-time clickstream data analytics. This architecture reduced personalization tag generation time from 48 hours to just seconds. Status Tracker Project for improved participant interaction by detecting withdrawal transactions requests events to produce accurate status and has resulted in 25% drop in calls for customers taking hardship withdrawals. • Directing alignment to the Enterprise Multi Cloud migration to AWS and Azure. This includes ensuring cloud readiness by containerization, 12-factorization, of new and existing applications, databases and message brokers. • As Program Architect delivered all systems components responsible for Student Loan Benefit Platform. The Participant, Employer, and Fidelity Admin Digital Experience components were delivered in a record time of 4 months. Also delivered backend data and services components.• US Patent Approved – USPTO Application 16,173,246: Automatic and Dynamic Generation of Customized Computer UI Screens. • Directed architecture, design, and development of the new Cash Management System and Fund Performance calculation systems; complete end to end architecture and roadmap of multi-million projects.• Architected Fidelity’s next generation Equity Trading Platform, overseeing a $50M project to re-platform Fidelity’s trading Order Management System from legacy AS/400 to a multi-tiered distributed system centered on an in-memory database.

• Managed, designed, developed and delivered a high performance middleware system for real-time transmission of Fidelity’s financial data to DST Vision, a portal for investment professionals; the system supported thousands of users from inception without significant problems.• Matrix managed a development team of 20 to 30 people in team members across various projects, providing coaching, mentoring and training.

• • Developed solutions to seamlessly bridge legacy website functionality into the new Fidelity Advisor Portal – advisor.fidelity.com

Adjunct Faculty - Teaching IIM Graduate Students (MBA) - Course on Business Intelligence, Big Data, and Streaming Analytics.

• Architected and designed a high availability Courier Route Optimization system for Fedex Ground Operations. The Multi-tiered Model Driven Architecture involved several key J2EE technologies, Object / Relational Mapping for Java, Digital Maps, and a large compute cluster for routing computations. • Delivered architectural solutions company wide as a member of the Fedex Application Architecture Council for Express Operations Systems. Published several white papers in the areas of J2EE persistence, J2EE Best Practices, Hibernate Best Practices, and, Object Oriented Analysis & Design. • Directed a team of seven developers and two testers to deliver four major releases of the PlanetStation GIS Web Application, three of which exceeded the timeframe expectations.

• Adjunct faculty, teaching the senior and post graduate level Programming UNIX course, the Advanced UNIX course, and, the Computer Organization & Assembly Programming course.
