Having spent 30+ years in the IT industry I have built a wealth of experience both technical and managerial. The last 10 years have been in Service and Project Delivery roles in vendor and client organisations. Most recently I have been managing a programme of lifecycle management ensuring modern, robust and secure services are delivered to our people and customers.Although I am well versed in more traditional service and project management techniques I have found the collaboration and building of relationships, necessary within the new ways of working, enhance the understanding of customers' immediate needs and deliver better services to support and enhance their delivery to their customers.
