We’ve completed multiple projects ranging in size from 70,000 to 100,000 square feet with budgets up to $400,000 for national restaurant chains, industrial buildings, grocery stores and other retail businesses.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS◆ I led three Gardner White Furniture remodeling projects while the stores remained open for business. This led to bigger and bigger projects and eventually remodeling work at other national retailers throughout the Detroit area. The company grew significantly and I managed multiple crews at a time. We completed projects including restaurants, national retailers, strip malls, office buildings and industrial space.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS◆ My team and I were awarded the old Ypsilanti High School conversion into 104 apartments. Other contractors failed to stay on schedule whereas my crew was converting classrooms into two apartments in TWO DAYS. We were given the entire project after proving we worked efficiently and delivered quality.◆ I successfully won 75% of thousands of bids submitted.◆ The company finished a $1.2 million dollar remodel of the J.C. Penney in Ann Arbor as well as the remodel of the Montgomery Ward in Mt. Clemens.◆ We also completed other large projects for Eagle Manufacturing and The Trinity Lutheran School.
