Fabricating new electrical rooms, Special Systems, bus ducts, emergency light and power, communications, fire alarm and detection, smoke detectors, controls and instrumentation.Mandarin Hotel: renovation of hotel rooms, suites and spa/relaxation area. Managed testing and installation of upgraded communications system and future IP conversion.Self Storage: leadman at new developed temperature control extra space storage facility on SW 67th Ave and SW 8th St. Started from beginning slab work through the temp for test and ending with TCO.Youngman's Prepatory Academy: 488v throughout entire project. Hot checks: ensured exhaust fans in chemical lab classroom switched on with dampers designated to them, rewired all ballast's for the outside lighting. Mondrian South Beach: restoration of hotel rooms and suites . Duties varied daily: running ½" - 1¼" pvc pipe using LB's and pvc connectors, mounting 120v light fixtures, running and bending EMT pipe for the newly installed industrial kitchen. Pulled #6- #14 AWG, dressed and landed some of the newly mounted electrical panels.

Supervised the installation of the telephone and coax cables of the Asia building located on the island of Brickell Key which has 112 residences in total.Fixed Graphic eye and lutron systems as well as moves, add-ons, and change orders in accordance with the blueprint provided by the general contractor.Administrated and properly distributed on-site materials along with weekly progress reports, updated matrix, payroll and safety reports. Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Installed and terminated various communication wires (Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 6a, RG-6, RG-59, Fiber, WAN's, Lutron) for new construction hi-rise buildings throughout Miami-Dade county in Kendall, Miami Beach, Brickell and North Miami. Tested 10 Gigabit/sec Ethernet over copper and Fiber cabling using the Fluke Networks DTX compact OTDRInstalled telephone and computer cables in commercial buildings ranging from copper lines to fiber-optic lines.Correctly terminated Leviton, Ortronix, Keystone, AMP Decora products using the appropriate devices that corresponded to the correct Project site.
