● Responsible for managing all facets of day-to-day operations at Olathe Health’s printshop as the sole employee that produces materials for two Hospitals, Olathe MedicalCenter & Miami County Medical Center, and the surrounding 61 clinics that are part ofOlathe Health.● Introduced a proper print shop order procedure by creating a type-able PDF order form for Hospital departments and clinics to fill out and submit through email. Created a delivery ticket that has all materials for that particular order being delivered on the package that customers can review, then sign and send back for proof of delivery and record keeping.● Works extensively with Olathe Health’s Public Relations and Marketing department and Charitable Foundation to produce materials with a very fast turnaround time.● Brought on new products and machines to improve print shop’s capabilities. Such as; Full color envelopes, comb and coil binding, tabs, tear-free waterproof stock.● Researched and headed two bids for the main color printer and main black & white printer. That includes meeting with various vendors, setting up meetings, writing a proper RFP then presenting that to Supply Chain management for approval. Being the driving force in purchasing modern, proper printers for this print shop, I was able to help Olathe Health save on costs from outsourcing numerous print orders previously not capable of being produced in house.● Received Olathe Health Outstanding Associate for March-April 2018 for which only 6 associates from Olathe Health are chosen yearly out of 2,600 employees.
