My passion is to utilize my skills and knowledge to assist others, I have always been motivated by team success. I accomplish this from my commitment to creating and cultivating strong relationships. I provide Educational Services (Credit Mgt & Small Business) through workshops and one on one coaching sessions that are tailor made in line with the goals of the individuals. The Small Business programs (Intro to Small Business Workshop; 8-part business development workshop; One to One Coaching) provide a complete overview and detail for all aspects related to starting and operating a business. This program is not one size fits all, rather the participants actually determine what specific topics they will learn. All our services are at no charge, to the participants, due to a grant from Truist Bank. All events are either virtual or face to face. As a note there is no requirement for any participant to utilize Truist Bank for their financial needs and that all the services are open to anyone interested in participating. Over twenty-five years of diverse experience in a variety of functional disciplines including: Finance, Accounting, Management, Consulting, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources and Operations. Background consists of roles with a variety of organizations ranging in size from sole proprietor to Fortune 500. I have led organizations through both financial and managerial capacities.Throughout my career I have led many initiatives that have significantly improved operations, financial equity positions, cash flow, marketing, staff training and development, customer service, and strategic planning.
