Established Little Rock Metropolitan Center in 1985, overseeing building construction, and subsequently directed both sites. Founded Fayetteville campus in 1999. After promotion to Regional Director, coordinated all operations, providing leadership and guidance for other site directors in the state in the areas of strategic marketing, hiring, budgeting, and performance. Served as COO with full P&L responsibility for $1.8M budget. Handled regular faculty and student assessments and produced biennial certification and licensure reports for state authorities. Plan and facilitate administrative activities for the extended campuses; coordinate programs, projects, and activities. Oversee regional student recruitment and public relations program; promote enhanced public awareness of the university and increased student enrollment.
