Operated and contributed to design of Silver Spoon software for first ever virtual fans filling Wrigley Field for opening day. Continuing to multiple cities, including the only ever virtual fans for NFL football (Bears at Lions). With real fans being allowed to attend the playoffs and WS, we had to quickly pivot to a new use of the software, 3D infographics. Augmented reality software is built on the Unreal Engine by Epic Games.

Augmented reality 3D graphics for Fox Sports coverage of the 2020 World Series, ALCS, NLCS and regular season games for the 2020 Major League Baseball season. Using software created by Silver Spoon and based on the Unreal Engine software from Epic Games. Initially started out by placing first ever virtual fans in the stands at Wrigley Field for opening day. Also did the only ever virtual fans game for Fox coverage of NFL's Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions. With fans being allowed in for the WS, we needed to shift away from virtual fans to 3D infographics.

Starting with nothing but past experience and a great client, we worked to not only plan and build the content, but to also identify locations for TV screens, set up server and network connections and to design/create all content tools. Once built, we helped managed content, tools and the system of over 35 screens around the campus site.

Given our strong background in project management and in instructional design, we were able to hit the ground running. Created and delivered a combination of computer-based and instructor led training for multiple audiences to support rollout to the company.In 2006 we worked to create a performance management process project plan, working with the Learning & Organization Effectiveness (LOE) group. They had recently taken on responsibility for the Online Performance Management system. Scope included to apply a strategic, holistic approach to document existing processes and tools and to fill any gaps.
