Jerry Schmitt, has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner certification and is affiliated with Sagemark Consulting. His client-base has been built largely through referrals from clients. With over 30 years of combined experience in financial planning and business management/ownership, Jerry has built a loyal clientele of successful business owners, professionals, executives, affluent families, and retirees. Jerry has a “serve first” philosophy and a unique process to understand his clients’ personal and family objectives to help give them a roadmap toward their financial success. This process helps him develop for each client a creative and unique financial planning strategy in the areas of personal growth, asset management, wealth protection, and estate transfer. As well as providing professional acumen and technical expertise to help his clients toward achieving their financial goals. Jerry earned his B.S. in Business Management from Arizona State University. He has continued with career education completing the Personal Financial Planning program from UCI, Irvine and he has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Practitioner certification and the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation. He is also a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association and the Financial Planning Association. Some of his personal interests include snow skiing and volunteering to support local charitable organizations, church, and local schools. Jerry resides with his wife and three children in Newport Beach, California.
