I joined Bisnode Ltd in 2004 as part of the Group HR function, providing HR support to 6 companies within the UK and Ireland.In September 2009 Bisnode sold it's UK and Ireland operations to Dun & Bradstreet (providers of International and US business credit information and credit reports) and I transferred.Initially employed as HR Coordinator within Bisnode I undertook a variety of responsibilities, dividing my time equally between general Hr Co-ordination and Recruitment administration during a period of rapid expansion and growth. I soon found the work immensely satisfying and very much where my wide assortment of previously gained experiences and talents lay.I was promoted to the position of HR Advisor in 2007. This role encompassed the full range of HR responsibilities, within the "Employee Life Cycle" of the business.In April 2009 the Head of HR left the business and I undertook the full responsibility of the HR & Facilities department, and leading the team. In September 2009 I became Dun&Bradstreet's HR Advisor for the Republic and Northern Ireland advising the MD and Senior Managers in preparation for change & relocation to new premisis. Helping to shape the existing function and set the expectation, by setting up the entire HR resource for a new D&B enterprise to be based in Dublin.

Worked Closely with National Governing Body for canoe sport in Coach course development and delivery as an examiner level 2. Responsible for Adventure Centre inspections in France and Spain. Les Trois Eaux
