Implement and process change orders as required to maintain project budgets - Manage yearly evaluations and performance data for over 100 subcontracted installation teams across the country.- Responsible for obtaining all required permits for facility maintenance and material handling project nationwide - Fully design, implement and maintain an OSHA approved safety program for PeakLogix and their subsidiary Richmond Racking to comply with all industry standards as well as requirements of the individual clients as they relate to the business of facilities maintenance and material handling installations.- Currently partnering with an online application vendor to generate an application for the management of date dependent safety initiatives and dynamic equipment preventative maintenance for a fortune 500 client.
