- Oversee and direct the post sale implementation of material handling project ranging up to 4.5 million dollars.- Work directly with Fortune 500 clients and other house accounts as a turn-key stop for project development, budgeting, design, material procurement, installation, permitting and commissioning - Work closely with up to 150 material vendors on project design and approval in the pre-sale process in support of the external sales staff- Identify, design, quote and manage facility maintenance infrastructure projects ranging up to 5 million dollars. - Generate project schedules using MS Project or MS Excel and update them daily while providing coordinated updates to our clients as requested. - Develop and manage project budgets up to 4.5 million dollars with emphasis on maintaining project budgets. Implement and process change orders as required to maintain project budgets - Manage yearly evaluations and performance data for over 100 subcontracted installation teams across the country.- Responsible for obtaining all required permits for facility maintenance and material handling project nationwide - Fully design, implement and maintain an OSHA approved safety program for PeakLogix and their subsidiary Richmond Racking to comply with all industry standards as well as requirements of the individual clients as they relate to the business of facilities maintenance and material handling installations.- Currently partnering with an online application vendor to generate an application for the management of date dependent safety initiatives and dynamic equipment preventative maintenance for a fortune 500 client.

- Responsible for post sale design, implementation and success of projects ranging in size up to 4.5 million dollars.- Identification of project scope, budgeting for costs based on the identified project scope, proposal generation, material procurement, installation and project acceptance. - Working with a select group of house accounts to act as the engineer/designer, sales and project manager. Identifying a clients needs, designing and selling a solution and then implementing that solution both on time and budget. - Acted as the primary project manager for all facility maintenance type projects within the company as well as facility decommissioning projects.

- Managed multiple condominium developments from site acquisition to final owner/county acceptance. - Up to 80 individual units under construction at once and completed to owner acceptance up to 185 units a year.- Responsible for site development and permitting related to the site development of properties housing up to 150 condo units. - Responsible for the management, organization and general oversight of 40 or more subcontractors. - Responsible for the management of a team of up to 5 assistant site superintendents/superintendents including yearly reviews and discipline as required. - Responsible for the implementation and records management of all site safety documentation.
