As a Project Manager and Software Engineer at Amazon, I lead a multidisciplinary team in developing a self-service content moderation platform for Alexa. This project aims to enhance user trust and experience by enabling custom content moderation settings. I am responsible for defining and clarifying the project scope, identifying key deliverables and technical requirements, coordinating a team of engineers and machine learning specialists, and conducting regular meetings with project sponsors and product managers. I have successfully implemented the Nova Vector platform into UNIBERG GmbH's operations, enhancing their capabilities in network optimization and predictive maintenance for telecom infrastructure. I leveraged the real-time insights provided by the platform to optimize network performance and predict potential infrastructure failures, reducing downtime and improving service quality. I also developed a central temperature control system using the platform, which automatically activates when a certain temperature threshold is met, improving operational efficiency and safety. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Seattle University, expected to graduate in 2024. I have also obtained a Responsive Web Design certification from freeCodeCamp.
