Built a new AI platform, hired a new data analytics team and rebuilt the old tech platform to support this business model transition. New model led to relationships with major media companies and insurance companies to track and better target consumer purchase behaviour and response rates. This change led to an average campaign ROI of over 13% (as measured by KPMG). New product launches: built omni-channel marketing and multi-touch attribution capabilities; digital out of home media channel; and program management dashboard.Built the capabilities to create audiences, specific to customer needs, and market across platforms such as in-store, digital displays, digital OOH, CTV and Linear TV. Managed a $5 billion revenue and $1.9 billion cash flow P/L for the AOL Access business as the senior finance executive.
