Jerry South founded Towne Park in 1988 in Annapolis, Maryland. After jockeying for a chance to run the Annapolis Hotel's (now the Loews Annapolis Hotel) parking service in 1987, Jerry stumbled upon a business niche and literally ran with it. 26 years later, with more than 13,000 employees, and nearly 350M in revenue the business sold to a private equity firm making it one of the highest profile transactions in the history of the parking industry.Wasting no time, Jerry dove into the co-working concept where his entrepreneurial spirit and ingenious business sense have brought together entrepreneurs and start ups to office, collaborate, and scale at Thrive Workplace, a co-working environment and entrepreneurial hub in Annapolis, Maryland.While collaborating with other entrepreneurs Jerry identified a unique niche opportunity in the automotive sector. Today Jerry finds himself as a partner and Chief Commercial Officer at Visibility Workflow. Visibility is the industry’s first fully outsourced reconditioning solution for franchise car dealerships. With operating partners Braxton Bell, 25 years automotive outsource experience, and Craig Habeger, Industrial Engineer and the developer of Visibility’s technology enabled platform, the partners formed Visibility in 2020.Jerry raised the first round of growth capital which closed in the first quarter 2021. Visibility immediately made key talent acquisitions to assemble a strong team and growth initiatives are well under way. The company finished second quarter 2020 well ahead of plan. Near term growth markets include Mid-Atlantic, SW Florida, Denver, Nashville, and all North Carolina markets (where Visibility is headquartered).
