Over 42 years of experience and substantial front-line stakeholder/C-suite executive experience including involvement with commercial real estate projects, commercial real estate development and ownership companies and in private family office real estate ventures, as a principal, an independent partner/contractor and as an executive. I have worked for several highly regarded publicly and privately held market-leading commercial real estate development, asset management and brokerage companies and through that work have been blessed to gain expertise in commercial real estate development & redevelopment, deal-making, leasing, valuation, financing, construction, acquisition and disposition, and asset management. I have worked on deals encompassing millions of square feet of commercial real estate developments and transactions in 35 U.S. states and well over 300+ domestic markets.In addition, I have had successful endeavors in invention, patenting (writing and prosecuting same), product-engineering and product development, obtaining complex UL and ETL Listings designations, manufacturing, distribution, dealership/Omni-channel development & implementation and corporate (C-suite) sales. As a manufacturer/owner/principal, I patented, developed and manufactured life-safety electronic technologies, logistics-based products and systems for broad commercial and consumer-facing marketplaces and technology sectors and am still involved in leading and directing several of these technology projects and their advancing development and business models.I am passionate about ideation, invention, innovation and, more particularly, the re-invention of commercial real estate businesses and their holdings.I am a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin-McCombs School of Business, and am headquartered near Austin, Texas.
