Jerry Timpson is a change agent, intensely curious about human and organizational behavior and the elements required to make positive change happen. Prior to joining Kaufman Global in the late 90s, Jerry worked at General Motors in multiple roles including production, engineering, finance, and sales. Upon his departure, the nagging question was: Why is it so difficult for the organization to accept change?During his time with Kaufman Global (25 years), he has worked with clients across the globe on complex challenges of operational excellence and sustainable improvement. These experiences have led to deep understanding of the steps required to implement any initiative or change effort including: Structure, team-building, leadership alignment, process improvement, and capability development. Jerry is inspired to make a positive difference in the lives of others. To do this, he shares his knowledge and understanding about what it takes to challenge the status quo and make real change happen. Originally from the United States Midwest, Jerry has traveled to and worked in over 40 countries. A three-time graduate of Michigan State University with degrees in science, engineering and business.
