Design Lead for Off Highway Construction and Forestry vehicle climate control systems and related components.

Project management for new product introduction and existing product maintenance for HVAC equipment, specializing in cabinetry, packaging, and fastener design. Acted as cross functional team leader, driving projects by assigning and delegating tasks, scheduling and organizing meetings, managing budgets, and gathering information for presentations to upper management.

Reverse engineer, re-design, prototype, document, and prepare for manufacture all aspects of replacement and new air conditioning and heating equipment. 3D and 2D CAD sheet metal design, refrigeration design, and control logic. Support and optimize manufacturing processes. Responsible for all sheet metal design and engineering change orders. Project coordination from design through prototype including all pertinent documentation such as Bills of Material.

Interpret customer drawings and specifications, create part geometry using parametric 3D CAD/CAM, generate tool paths, edit post-processor code per machine control, create process and quality assurance documentation, coordinate prototyping and resulting program edits, troubleshoot throughout production.
