D-Link appointed me in this position to start up the Dutch organisation including acquisition, budgeteering, marketing and annual agreements. Customers amongst which: Coolblue/BOL/Wehkamp/Media Markt/Systemax/4-Launch and also alternative channels like: Ahold/Vodafone/AS Watson and Blokker are part of my network.

Retail Sales The Netherlands, responsible for all key-accounts, amongst which Dynabyte/Media Markt/Impact. In this position I was expected to budget, to attain appointed targets and to coach as well as supervise (three) account managers in Retail Sales.Having initially functioned as account manager of Field Sales, I was promoted to the position of Supervisor Field Sales, taking responsibility for building and expanding field sales.

Manager of the Audio/Video department, accountable for the proper coaching of staff in sales and logistics. Additionally, coach for new managers.

After starting as a salesman, I was promoted in due course to the position of assistant manager. In this capacity my task was to coach staff in sales strategies. Also I took responsibility for accounting and overall management.
