Founded and grew this Financial Services Company for Money Transfer Services, Debit Card and Payroll Card processing and for operating International ATM networks. Revenues for 2004 were $2 MM.• Forged Alliances with Travelex Money Transfers, owners of Thomas Cook, and with Rapid Money Corporation to set up the Secured Remittances (Remesas Seguro) or Money Transfer network that provides cost effective solution to transfer money from 396 US locations to 68 countries.• Established MasterCard® Payroll Card programs in the US for Temporary Agencies including Money Transfer Services and Prepaid Cellular Services

Led the business development and sales for Process Manufacturing Industry for this “virtual distributor” e-business for capital and indirect goods. Areas of responsibility include process reengineering supply chain for manufacturing customers and creation of new business sales at this startup corporation. Investors of TradeMC include IBM Corporation, Fluor Corporation and Royal Bank of Canada.Generated over $25 MM in sales in first six months while hiring and developing a core team to support the manufacturing industry for TradeMC’s service offerings in conjunction with Fluor Daniel. Total amount of goods sourced through TradeMC in 2001 were $185 MM.

Led the technology investment for this Natural Gas Company through deregulation and mergers/acquisitions. • Through deregulation of the distribution business, reengineered the Information Systems support from a captive support unit to a consulting organization with cost savings of $ 3.5 MM on Budget of $ 33.9 MM. • Led the merger of all systems for Virginia Natural Gas Company (VNG) into AGL Resources, Inc. Results were $ 1.5 MM savings of IT Budgets.• Implemented Peoplesoft Financial Systems and operational systems for AGLR to include Automated Dispatch and Supply Chain systems for combined savings of over $ 2MM.

Created and managed the Year 2000 NonIT Practice for Fortune 500 customers for embedded systems and suppliers outside of the normal IT software applications and hardware. Grew annual revenue from $0 to over $30 MM in two years with margins of over 32%.• Directed the Georgia-Pacific Year 2000 implementation for 167 plants and facilities worldwide. Developed contract services worth $ 3MM in revenues to IBM. • Sponsored a Utility Industry Forum for Embedded Systems. Customers included American Electric Power, Duke Energy, Southern California Edison, Southern Companies, Oglethorpe Power, Florida Power, and Electricidad de Caracas, Venezuela. Created and directed and Information Services (IS) staff from the merger and integration of five companies into CMI Industries. Combined the computer and telecommunications departments of this textile manufacturer into a service organization with a budget of $4MM on revenues of $ 450MM. Reported to the CEO and was a member of the Executive Steering Committee.• Implemented Company wide ERP and Integrated Information Systems across 5 divisions.• Led $ 3MM project for inventory savings of $ 16MM and increased sales of $ 10MM.• Increased the quality of Warp Knitted fabrics by 2% on a sales volume of $ 62MM.
