Agency was later merged into the holding company in 2013.• Created a startup company focused on 1st and 3rd party debt collection. o Acquired and led implementation build of collection technology: Latitude, Noble Systems, Dial Connection, CallMiner Speech Analytics and numerous 3rd party data integrations.o Sourced both professional and staff operations, growing from 5 to 90 FTE.o Developed and implemented comprehensive compliance systems to meet state and federal requirements (eq. FDCPA, TCPA).o Successfully completed two federal CFPB examinations with passing rating.• Implemented 1st party and 3rd party collection networks:o Negotiated contracts, developed integration, reporting and compliance standards with 15 individual companies.o Negotiated and built out “near shore” operations center in Tijuana, Mexico with 50 FTE.• Full P&L responsibility for Collection organization:o Managed in excess of $300 Million of debt receivables on an annual basis.o Hands on leader directly managing portfolio collection strategy, portfolio/account scoring and outsourcing arrangements.o Consistent contribution in excess of $45 Million in annual recovery revenue.o Sourced, negotiated and brokered debt buyer contracts and facilitated annual sale of $100 Million in distressed assets.• Facilities Management:o Successfully completed the build out and move to a 350 seat, 60K sq.ft. operations center located in Fairfield, Ohio. Project and transition completed on time and below budget.

Led the development and market launch of Checkngo.com, the companies first online, short term lending system.

• Built the company’s first Finance organization of 7 direct reports, including financial, decision support and business analysts.• Responsibility expanded to cover Procurement, Accounts Payable; supporting corporate and 1,300 retail sites across 30 states.

• Responsible for the support, maintenance and development of financial accounting and information systems. Including Computer Associates ERP systems and Comshare’s FDC, financial consolidation software.

Sr. Project manager involved in the start-up of the MeritValu Rewards Card, the nation’s first multi-merchant, consumer loyalty program.

Responsible for a bank operations division, which included the management of over $1 billion in assets and management oversight of 15 professional and 85 processing associates.
