Responsible for teams Accountmanagement, Performancemanagement, Propositionmanagement, Marketing, and Distribution Advisors/Employers. Supporting clients in Wtp transition period.

Responsible for the transition of APS's current clients (pension funds) to the new IT Platform (in development) and to a new contract complying to the new pension law. To coordinate the Transition Management and Client Contract Management teams in close cooperation with the rest of the organization to make these complex transitions a success.

2017-2022: Responsible for various 'project & change' and support teams (to pension client teams) and improving the cooperation with other departments and (business unit wide) programmes that impact our pension operations. Leading, participating in and delegating/monitoring projects for our business unit and/or department.2013-2017: Since 2012 focus on target client groups to renew their contracts into new pension products (accelerated conversion). Responsible for the development of new commercial propositions and client turnover. Execution is performed by a team of commercial specialists and all administrative, IT and other support operations are organized in a programme.2009-2013: Responsible for the servicing of our Top 250 pension brokers for pension proposals (offertes) and other commercial related matters (MKB segment: 1-100 employees). Management of the Internal Account Manager's team (midoffice); targets on new sales, client retention, and client and broker satisfaction.

Mid Office: team is responsible for the creation of proposals for corporate pension contracts for MKB and Mid-Corporates. Focus is on client retention within our current portfolio.

-Project Management for large-scale and complex system implementations for various (global) financial institutions.-Experience with a.o. defining business case and business requirements, change request management, coordinating functionality testing and data migration activities, process and organization design, and creating plans, planning and budget.-Working in mixed teams consisting of Accenture colleagues-client staff-3rd parties/contractors of various nationalities. Complimented on the results delivered, the way of working together and connecting with the people.
