Regional Director PNC2018- PresentRelocation from the East Coast to the San Francisco Bay Area overseeing 124 stores and 10 District Managers located in Colorado, Northern California, Portland, Seattle and three provinces in Canada. This newly formed region has lead in development of employees, 4 wall Profit and leads all other regional in quality of sale KPIs. Experience: Vans Inc 2011-2018 District Manager Manages stores in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania market. Increased sales to obtain company wide first place standing two years running. Improved district profitability to over 20 percent, had top percent of increase in footwear, leader in all Key Performance Indicators, as well as top percent Comp Store Increase three years in a row. Shrink Percentage consistently below 1.05. Oversaw Houston, New York, New Jersey, and Boston markets to mentor and train incoming District Managers. Selected to manage Canada’s 16 stores while maintaining existing district. Additional responsibilities include leading regional conference calls and compiling regional statistical information to discuss weekly.
