Working on new projects and making sure there is a solid core to work on is something I truly enjoy. I believe work doesn't need to be blemish free and perfect, but expandable, future proof and solid. Working to prevent or solving any problems which may arise during development with a head-on approach.When working together, communication is key - especially when working in a team with different tasks. I consider it important for project members to be able to have their say in projects they are involved in. As a Lead Developer at Spiru, my role centered on building or expanding on new software features creating integrations across various platforms to integrate with the existing ecosystem. Migrating existing resources to external tools to manage inventory and content. Collaborating closely with colleagues, I am deeply involved in their professional development, providing technical support and guiding them toward career milestones. The essence of my approach lies in proactive problem solving and effective communication within the team. By ensuring that all members are well-informed and have a voice in projects, I always try to create a strong foundation for the work we do.
