* Coordinate Worldwide cross-functional teams associated with new product launch and/or existing products changes and commercialization.* Coordinate and facilitate ADC product manufacturing and commercial launch plans and on market changes for multiple programs for all products such that needed commercial product volumes are available on time and that excess and obsolete inventory is minimized.* Help to prioritize activities among several programs to balance resource availability, program status and schedule, and business need.* Work with functional leadership to anticipate and solve problems, and work to breakdown barriers in program management.* Participate in review meetings representing Worldwide cross-functional teams plans including development, marketing, sales, regulatory, and operations.* Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
