It's not only about getting impressive grades but to actually be a good citizen, a child free of stress and free from mental turmoil. Humility, dignity, respect, love and empathy are the core values to pass on to the next generation unconditionally.I've seen children from zero to a topper and topper from being drug addicts, experience in this field is not on pieces of paper or qualifications acquired from prestigious institution. It's based on patience and love to work with children and adolescents :D
