Conceptualizing and fine tuning campaigns and materials that are necessary in the retail setting. This role allowed me to utilize writing and design in order to grow and fulfill other company requirements including social media management and web design. This responsibility has provided me the opportunity to expand into digital marketing, team management, and project management.Responsibilities :• Layout and Design - Come up with unique and visually appealing layouts that deliver the brand message effectively and adhere to specific brand standards.• Visual Merchandising - ensure that all retail outlets meet the brand and company standards. - address concerns that may arise in any of the retail locations.• Copywriting - ensure that the brand message and tone are consistent with the brand standards. - edit and proofread relevant written materials.• PPC Ad Placements ( Facebook Ads and Google Adwords ) - come up with copy and material that would best capture the interest of our target audience. - decide on how to improve the hit rate of ad placements on a budget. - adjust audience attributes to increase the efficacy of ad placements.• Social Media Management - plan and implement social media campaigns and posts. - ensure pleasant customer experience for all users that come to any of the social media channels. - stay abreast with the current trends in social media. - address or facilitate customer concerns as needed.• Website Management - implement campaigns and promotions in order to maximize user interaction - look into new developments that could potentially improve our online processes.• Photography and Editing - take product photos to be used for web and social media channels.
