When I was a kid, I quickly noticed how easy it was for me to talk to people and make friends. Little did I know that this innate characteristic would develop into a skill set that would allow me to later forge strong relationships not only in my personal life, but in my professional life as well. I understood that I was a people person and that by using my skills to help others was something that I genuinely enjoyed. Being a goal-oriented, energetic, upbeat, and passionate professional adds a dimension to the way I view recruiting. In my experience in recruiting, I found the extreme importance of building relationships helped create a reliable cycle and pipeline that I could source from. Consequently, I developed a great sense of customer service and candidate management, valuing a positive candidate experience above all. My strong human resource skills and aptitude to work with a diverse group of people makes me a people person and I am proud to be able to have the recommendations of my former colleagues and candidates to back up and prove my successful track record.Watching those succeed around me because of something that I helped contribute to, whether it be my recruiting teammates, colleagues in a sales team, or candidates I have spoken to, is one of the single greatest satisfactions of what I do and who I am.
