Maintaining Master data, products, customer, initiatives, etc. – that maintain in regular basis.● Handles the daily synching of HFS transaction to SOLOMON.● Maintains the distributor O2 equipment inventory (handhelds & handled printers.)● Owns O2 data safely and ensures regular backup of necessary SOLOMON databases.● Serves as the resident expert in Instore2 frontend & backend, and together with the IDSM, provides user training to seller as per necessary.● Serves as the resident expert in computer networks and together with the IDSM, ensures that local network and internet is always up and running in the distributor office/s.● Ensure that O2 & MIRS systems are up-to-date by administering system updates deployed by P&G.
