I've been in the BPO or Call Center industry for more than five years, handling both Customer Service and Technical Support. I worked as an Executive Assistant and as a Program Manager at a faith-based organization for more than two years. I also worked as an English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Trainer for three years. Currently, I work as a Community Support Ambassador at TDCX but I'm open to doing freelance work as a Virtual Assistant, as a Graphics Artist, and as a Life Coach.I write blogs about topics surrounding the Kingdom of Heaven.
