Job Responsibilities: Supervision on the execution of all plumbing, HVAC Piping and fire protection Piping works.  Prepare daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.  Supervise technical in the installation of all mechanical systems (Internal and External works).  Supervise Hydro testing and TAB Commissioning. Supervision for installation of AHU, FCU, ducting and Air balancing, cooling performance testing. Check the materials delivered on site to ensure it conforms to contract specification and material standard prior to installation. Review work procedures and material technical specifications to ensure their compliance with the contract's quality requirements and the implemented quality system. Raise Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), when necessary, and communicate quality noncompliance issues to the Project Manager. Manage the quality inspection process of work and materials on site.

Day to day test report collect from site. Prepare material quantity take-off & look ahead/forecast schedule of Mechanical activities. Coordinate with the contractor site representative regarding QA/QC matters to ensure that job will be done as per project specification and standards. Verify that all required site installation drawings, quality control procedures, inspection test plan.
