  Ms. Olson is a partner representing clients in environmental enforcement and compliance matters, and environmental matters associated with real estate and corporate transactions, including brownfield developments. The industries she represents include: steel and other heavy manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, aggregate, coatings and adhesives, telecommunications, and food manufacturing and sales. Her extensive experience includes RCRA compliance, permitting, and corrective action; federal and state air pollution enforcement, including New Source Review, Title V, PSD and other construction, permitting and air compliance matters; spill and release response and reporting; compliance auditing; underground and above-ground tank regulations and cleanups; employee and community right-to-know laws; and water permitting and compliance issues. Her practice also involves impaired properties, and addressing them through cleanups and other opportunities under various state brownfield and voluntary cleanup programs.Ms. Olson has authored articles on various environmental topics, and lectures on compliance and permitting, brownfields development, spill response and reporting and chemical safety and right-to-know laws.Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Olson worked as an environmental specialist for a large manufacturing corporation and as an environmental consultant for a national environmental consulting firm.
