In charge of all all aspects of project management from design and close out as the leader of CM/PM team as the owner’s rep.

Worked in Overseas Legal Team. Reviewed extensive number of construction contracts for new off-shore projects, and negotiated the terms and condition with the parties in consultation with corporate lawyers. Involved in reviewing and contract terms negotiating more than 40 projects. And, dedicated to resolving all contract related pending issues for on-going overseas building project in the company.

Worked for new construction of semiconductor FAB in Austin. More than 1.2M sf including 350,000 sf clean room, UPW, IWT, and PCW system. In charge of commercial team for contract, purchasing, cost control. Total value of the project was approximately $600M. Finished within 14 months from scratch to TCO.

Worked at HQ of Samsung C&T for oversigting and supporting the off-shore building projects of the company. Analized performance and risk of the projects, developed or supported developing solutions for all pending issues on the overseas projects, periodically monitors and visited overseas building project.

Worked at new Korean Embassy project in Moscow as a project engineer. In charge of purchasing, contracting and cost control as the manager with local employees.

Worked at new Squadron project in US Aire Force Kunsan base in Korea of which the client is COE, Far East District. In charge of contracting, purchsing and cost control.

Worked at Corporate Business management Team in HQ of Samsung C&T. In chrage of preparation and developement of executive level of stratagic plan of the company, evaluation of the project risks and performance, reviewing of risk and profit of new projects and analysis of business status for business decisions by top management decisions,

Worked at new HQ for Samsung Life Insurance at Seoul, Korea. Experienced excavation and various shoring system including strut, soil nailing and tie-back system for underground work down to more than 100 ft below ground.
