I started in 1978 as an apprentice toolmaker specializing in form tools at Bang & Olufsen in Struer, Denmark 🇩🇰 A few years after I had completed my apprenticeship and at the age of 23 I was invited to take a position as a foreman in the large plastics production at Bang & Olufsen involving injection molding on machines from 280 to 1300 tons of closing force.I studied merchandising at evening school and eventually I changed my job title within the company and worked for a few years with production engineering in plastic production where I planned and specified the purchase of molding machines and was the production technical link between development and production. I was with Bang & Olufsen for a total of 13 years. In the following years, I worked with production technology, development and project management in a few plastic factories, among others at A.P. Møller Mærsk plastic factory 🏭 Before I decided to start Indsatsen ApS in 2008, I was a sales manager in a tool factory for eight years. I had then realized that for the rest of my active working life I wanted to be my own boss — and then came the idea for TracyTec, partly by chance, in 2009 and we are going strong 💪🏼
