New Update: I am currently working as a Virtual Social Media Manager at StayBC. A serviced accommodation company in Newport, South Wales.----Worked with multiple hats for almost 5 years in a property management company for operations, marketing, sales, and administrative work. With top priority is sales and marketing, manage online travel agencies (Agoda,Expedia,Booking.com, Traveloka and many more ) extranets, manipulate rates, answer reviews, conducts pricing strategy and marketing promotions. In addition, I manage social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram), make photo layouts for posts and schedule within the busiest hour of the day to create views and traffic directly to the website. I also look for corporate clients, manage their accounts and conduct email marketing. I am knowledgable in using Gmail, Google drive ( doc, spreadsheet, PowerPoint..) Google Calendar, MS word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Canva, Mailchimp, Buffer, Facebook Ads/promotion, Instagram Ads/promotion.On top of that, I manage the daily operation from front to back end, monitor daily movement with the help of colleagues and build teamwork to have a successful daily operation and provide customer satisfaction.
