-Provide day to day support to new onboarding clients, while assisting in the process of implementing their new business and understanding their business procedures to more accurately conduct day to day processing. -Implementation supports clients on initial deposit entries, verify and monitor accuracy of entry details, including bank & generic deposit feed Establish patterns of deposit entry frequency -Document client characteristics/idiosyncrasies for BT Monitor and keypunch EOB’s uploaded for processing - Regularly notify client and setup rep of missing EOB’s and 835 files - Monitor Payment files for Duplicates and or identify/remove unneeded files pre go live- Monitor and report aging payment files for missing deposits, could be tied to customer visibility issues with Corporate/Hospital Entity- Pull client reports based on transition finding for client review and resolution - Assess liabilities, review and prepare discussion for pre go live activity - Review liabilities post go live for CMLR opportunities discussion, store to store, payer to carrier, date of service to date sold -Review and document processing for non-adjudicated carriers - Conduct thorough knowledge transfer of client to Support/Account Rep, once streamlined. - Assigned Web Based Pulls to assist with all other clients in retrieving those most recent accurate 835 files. - Conduct research on anomalies within client environment and pull in key individuals to ensure all efforts are being used to correct issues. - Analyze client financial data and pinpoint growing issue’s to present to the clients when needed to get feedback or assistance on their day to day processing of claims at the pharmacy level.
