Research and Development of designs for Automatic production of windscreens and glass related components for Automotive Industry. Project Management and Planning.

In my most recent role, I assemble components by using SOPs to create parts and build Necker/Bodybuilder machines. Moreover, I compile all required materials and use equipment to initiate process. I create complex units by aligning components and materials. I utilise effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams. I also modify components in accordance with measurements and specifications. I maintain accurate records of production quantities and schedules. I develop insight of using different hand tools. I report on issues, malfunctions, and defective parts. In addition to the aforementioned tasks, I use knowledge from multiple courses by analysing design drawing and identifying various components to assemble.A small section of my key accomplishments includes the following:-   Enhanced understanding of assembling and testing high-precision engineering machines.-   Ensured perfect fit of components by developing precision measurement processes.-   Optimised knowledge of using design drawings about assembly of parts.-   Acquired deep skills in assembling, testing, and calibrating high-precision machines.-   Promoted from sub-assembly to main assembly within five months based on remarkable performance.

During this tenure, I assembled valves and other evaporator parts of cars' AC before and after helium testing machine for leakages. Moreover, I examined material quality in accordance with established organisational requirements. I also co-operated with small group of four individuals to complete specific tasks for each product constrained within defined deadlines.My key highlights for this role include the following:-   Ensured compliance with quality standards by assessing final products.-   Conducted quality checks on finished products to verify compliance specifications and assign appropriate quality grades.-   Maximised safety and production by cleaning and organising work zones.-   Identified complex issues and provided holistic solution by monitoring operating machinery.

In this role, I ensured optimum quality of end product. Moreover, I oversaw machine operations as well as packing of CD, DVD, and memory stick. I increased machine efficiency and analysed product samples.The contributions from this role include the following:-   Collaborated with members of different European countries.-   Minimised malfunctions by identifying work-piece defects and maintaining machines.

In this role, I supplied and installed writing boards/educational products. I co-ordinated with installation workers related to sites' functions. I facilitated transportation of imported products. I also introduced innovative ideas to implement marketing campaigns.
