As an experienced personal trainer, sport coach and P.E teacher, I bring a set of talents that I believe will be valuable to any gym/sport club or school. I worked so many years in the Rugby industry (Since 2010 till 2019 as a coach and also as a player) and that made me the kind of woman I am: strong (not only physically but mentally), resilient, without fear of exposing my ideas and always ready to work as a team. I am proud of breaking stereotypes by being part of this environment, showing everyone that I can be as good and effective as a man coach. As sport coach, I honed my abilities on encouraging kids to be better person, improving their self on a fun and meaningful environment, making them like rugby and promoting an active lifestyle. As a personal trainer, my biggest passion is empowering women through exercise, helping them to achieve their best, physically and emotionally; making them know that they can achieve what they want with the right mindset; is a work team and I love to be part of that process. Also educating them about fitness and how to build healthy habits.My critical thinking and eccentric nature, have afforded me excellent communication skills. I am a native Spanish speaker, but I can speak fluent English and Portuguese. Now I am working on working on my fourth language: Italian.I am excited to contribute my strengths and proficiency in leadership toward your gym\team\school efforts.
