After graduating from law school, I joined the law firm of Allen Vellone where I represent a wide variety of both business and individual clients in all aspects of employment law, intellectual property, commercial litigation, and business transactions. My years of experience have taught me that not all issues can be reduced to black or white. I also maintain a sense of humor which I bring to my legal practice and has helped foster long-term relationships with my clients.Experience:• Draft, negotiate and counsel a wide variety of commercial contracts, including licensing, vendor, distributor, SaaS, non-disclosure agreements, among others.• Counsel clients regarding intellectual property rights, including portfolio management and analysis, and brand protection.• Litigate infringement cases.• Represent clients in proceedings in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.• Preparation of corporate governance documents for business.• Provide counsel to individuals and employers in area of employment law, including advisement and preparation of employee manuals, restrictive covenants, advisement regarding compliance with all federal and statement employment laws.• Represent employers and employees across various workplace matters including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, whistleblower, and wage and hour disputes.• Draft and negotiate all manner of agreements for talent, entertainers, recording artists.
