Typical project scope of work includes: design development, client management, sub-contractor interaction, and project controls to ensure targeted delivery on time and on budget. Site visits and observation during construction phases involving creating punch lists after architectural inspection. Excellent architectural technical skills, team player, detail oriented, and strong ability to lead project teams and generate architectural solutions effectively, on time, and under budget.
