So basically I've worked both as a receptionist which included managing calls plus face to face customer service which helped me developed the "can do" attitude and also to have customer focus and promptly answer any customer rightly with the right strategies and also helped me developed the quality of understanding and guessing the question or query of the customer before they mentioned fully about the matter.The second job was that I worked as an administrative assistant which helped me developed the discipline in the workplace and to be able to practice what I learned regarding Microsoft office and now managing it like a professional.and finally I did a projectbase with my college for industry experience. It was about an Australian based perfume business where I had to help the owner to improve and bring new strategies as well so as to have a better running of his business.
