Built Safety Culture:- One of the biggest rewards of this experience was the ability to see the safety culture within California Treehouse Almonds grow. While I was able to relate to both English and Spanish speaking workers, I was able to help them all realize why safety maters. On my last day at work, one of the managers came up to me and thanked me for my work and for opening his eyes to things not previously realized before. That little bit of change means everything to me.
