I am a business administrative professional with years of proven business and technical acumen. In these roles, I am known for my ingenuity and for using an innovative approach to problem-solving. As a Business Administrator, I’ve held numerous key management roles including Department Manager, Credit Manager and Project Manager.I work well in roles that involve mining structured or unstructured data and finding insights that can be leveraged into actionable insights and compelling organizational innovations. As a team-leader, I develop agile roadmaps to implement scalable initiatives and identify areas for operations improvement using both Lean and Six Sigma approaches. I am certified as a Lean Six Sigma White Belt and as a Qualified Project Manager from the Management & Strategy Institute (MSI). I also hold certifications in Business Office Management.I am comfortable working as part of a cross-functional product team, and can collaborate easily to support all functions, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Legal and Operations departments.My experience and insight have helped to instill strong communication skills in me, and I work well as part of a team working toward executing complex projects and programs. I find that communicating my vision for a project and then effectively communicating that vision to the team leads my groups to achieve success consistently.
