Recruit, train and coach a team of Loan officers supporting 22 Sibcy Cline branch reality offices. In my tenure I have rebranded Sibcy Cline Mortgage services and created individual branding for each loan officer. Under my leadership, I increased retention and production building a strong sales support network.I have created innovative marketing and social media campaigns and created and lead a cross-divisional team to re imagine the mortgage website to turn away from the typical mortgage encyclopedia website feel to create an interface that is millennial friendly and interactive.
