It was a full-stack product and my main responsibility was forming a Scrum Team in digital development but the role was helping the entire setup to function.* Establishment of a Customer Tribe* Scaled setup based on Scrum@Scale with EAT and EMS* Webinar about the product* Understanding and utilizing the 5 principles of #effectuation,"A logic of thinking, discovered through scientific research, used by expert entrepreneurs to build successful ventures."* Establishment of ECO-system (about 32 participants) around the productIt was a great experience both because the product was a low-cost and here-and-now way to reduce the use of fossile energy and because it was very much driven by a startup mindset.

Sekoia is in healthcare and born to support all aspects of care delivery. A great example how technology can transform our welfare systems. At the time of my assignment the had trouble delivering new features but we soon turned that around. As a Scrum Master I (re-)introduced Scrum working closely with the Product owner and the team.The results speaks for themselves and as one of our customers claims: "During the last two month you have delivered more value/functionality than you have the last two years.It is now transparent to the product management and the rest of Sekoia what the team is during and it is predictable what the teams delivers. The product management and the rest of Sekoia can use the predictability to make their strategic choices.My technical skills are central to the changes. As a former software architect I help the team developing a common language and with another new team member we redefine how unit testing is done in the team DevOps is a central way of working for the department.Most sprints are closed as expected are we continously deliver high quality functionality.Latest project is a ReactJS app. The app and the microservices are hosted in Azure.The Team is a DevOps team and we are able to continous deploye to the Cloud
