The merger of Arthur Andersen into Deloitte resulted in a re-organization of the consulting activities. IT Solutions was defined to be the IT advisory and ERP implementation service function. I was appointed functional leader for IT Solutions.- Leading a turn around and revitalizing of IT Solutions from a demotivated team as part of new Deloitte SME strategy- Define strategy and delivery models to operate in the SME marketplace for IT Solutions – Make IT work- Participated and contributed to the overall strategy for Deloitte Denmark every fifth year- Creating, Negotiating and Implementing new delivery model of Microsoft ERP systems being fully compliant with independence requirements from SEC due to Microsoft acquiring Navision- Growing IT Solutions from 15 to 45 consultants from 2002 to 2008 being profitable all years being one of the most profitable Microsoft partners with 10 % profit margin- Acquiring a business unit from TDC and successful merge of 9 employees into IT Solutions - Adapt organization to the new market situation due to financial crisis with a staff reduction of 40% in 8 months from October 2008 to June 2009- Revitalizing organization and achieve profitability in less than 6 months

Headhunted to Deloitte to establish Management Solutions in Denmark as the second employee with focus on Business Process Improvement and IT (ERP consultancy) service lines.- Build IT service line from scratch to 10 consultants serving Danish SME’s being profitable within the first 12 months.- Build BPI service line from scratch to 5 consultants serving the SME market with Process modelling, IT strategy, System selections and project management- Revised the strategy and business model for Management Solutions to fit the Danish SME market including selecting Axapta and Navision as the primary ERP-platforms to deliver services for - Negotiated and implemented IT service model with Damgaard and Navision to be compliant with Danish Audit legislation as foundation for the new strategy and business model.- Participated in acquisition of a Navision partner with 70 employees May 2000

Founded my own software and advisory company with focus on Quality Management, Environmental Management, People development and Project Management.- Established the company including a professional board and defined the strategy with the board. Strategy refinement every year based on the changes in the market space.- Designed and Developed Company Management System (CMS), a system for Quality Management according to ISO 9000- Launched the prototype and engaged with the first beta customers - Established a small European network of consultants as CMS sales channel and consultancy delivery capacity- Participated and contributed to a high rated EU project “Telebusiness” using ISDN and video sharing tools to link a network of small European companies together.- Developed a HR development module for CMS as part of a Danish government project “Uddannelsesspiralen”.- Implemented CMS at 25+ customers- Delivered successful BPR projects at Danfoss As a footnote: After being headhunted to Deloitte I sold my part of the company to HH Management and the product is still actively being sold in the marketplace today.

NEH Engineering changed into NEH Technology as the production was closed and focus entirely on software development and consulting. NEH developed, marketed, sold and implemented several new software products. The tools had a common platform with Oracle as the database and Prolog as programming language.EASY9000, a tool to support implementation of Quality Management according to ISO 9000 standards. QuickStep, a shop floor planning tool – for typical small Danish sub-suppliers it focused on reduced lead times, reduced WIP, applied just-in-time delivery and optimized utilization of manufacturing equipment based on the actual order flow.4S, a tool for configuration of products with many variants. Based on actual selections during the configuration the tool secured only valid options were presented to the operator.As product manager for all 3 software products I was leading the software development team. - Designed and developed the first prototype of EASY9000 together with the development team in 6 months and hired 5 employees for the development team.- Launched prototypes and engaged with the first beta customers for EASY9000 in 6 months including continuous improvement of the tool- Marketed, sold and implemented EASY9000 to a wide range of Danish companies- Launched prototypes and engaged with the first beta customers for QuickStep- Established cooperation with 2 ERP-suppliers to integrate QuickStep as the shop floor tool for their clients.- Launched prototypes and engaged with the first beta customers for 4S

NEH Engineering was a small engineering and consultancy company engaged in designing and producing manufacturing automation and Computer Integrated Manufacturing including own solutions for 3D CAD and CAM. NEH participated in several large EU research projects as well as Danish research projects with technology institutes.- Software development and implementation at cement plants for large Danish client including specification, documentation, user manuals and user training international.- Participated in research, delivered content and developed prototype software in EU-development project CAD*I together with participants from universities in Finland, Germany, France and Portugal.
