These efforts resulted in exceeding customer retention goals and an additional 135% YoY increase in sales, all while reducing marketing spend by 20%.Before joining Illuminate, Jane was Vice President of Marketing and Operations at EduNav, an early stage SaaS company building decision intelligence solutions for higher education institutions. She delivered savvy go-to-market and positioning strategies to transform the business’s flagship product from mockup to market leader within 18 months of launch. She also built the company’s demand generation engine and subsequently secured major clients, including the largest higher education system in the United States.Jane joined EduNav from Ellucian, an enterprise SaaS company for higher education software. In this role, Jane led scalable partner marketing and integrated campaigns across 40 countries. She was also a key member of a steering committee that delivered a company-wide cultural transformation and renewed focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).Jane began her career at Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ), and dedicated 12 years to the company, ultimately serving as its Global Business HR Director. In that role, she led talent and diversity strategy and drove the creation of an internal start-up engine that built and incubated 11 businesses in six years.
