As Solution Architect I am responsible for driving the digital transformation of my organization’s core business processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Finance Officer I am leading a team tasked to identify, procure and globally implement a new core business management system. I rotate between Sales, Finance and Operation in order to analyze standard operating procedures, map core processes, and design the architecture for system integration. Building on the work from my previous position, I also carry on the role as Business Intelligence-architect as well as manager of our MS Dynamics 365 sales-platform, hereby providing the organization with a dynamic data-infrastructure for KPI-measurement, forecasting and market analytics.I love my job, as it provides plenty of exposure to - and exciting challenges on - various levels of decision making.

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer I work in the intersection of Sales, Finance and IT where my role is to improve our analytical capabilities through smarter measurement and reporting of commercial metrics, forecasts and market data. With Power BI, Dynamics 365 and NAV as key instruments I am responsible for designing, developing and managing the organization's global Business Intelligence-infrastructure. My work aims to increase transparency and availability of both internal business data and external market statistics.In connection to this role, administration of our CRM-solution is one of my core tasks, and I oversee both the daily maintenance and ongoing development towards cross-system integration. I also support our business by designing dynamic market prediction models that improve forecasting accuracy and ensure that our strategic decisions are data-driven and tally with market realities.

As International Business Developer, I am bridging various functions within the organization.My role is that of a generalist: acquiring a broad understanding of our business through involvement in various processes within sales, marketing and analytics. I contribute to our analytical position by driving a centralized and resource-efficient approach to market analysis facilitated by dynamic data-modeling.I am responsible for our internal commercial reporting but also partake in social media marketing by planning and coordinating web-content on external channels.
