Editorial management of approx. 20 journalists, writers and page editors (including freelancers on fixed retainers). - Editor for a weekly arts and entertainment magazine and responsible for a number of special magazines published during a year. - Prioritising and editing the daily culture pages and online content produced by the culture desk. - Heading up editorial meetings, assigning stories, developing ideas and coaching writers. - Developed and implemented new concepts and workflows- Also writing columns, reviews, features and op-ed pieces.
