Result-oriented master's student with a sense of rhythm and 3-4 years of experience in the real estate industry, through a position as an analyst at Boeno and deputy production manager at Implenia. My goal is to have a good foundation of practical knowledge and experience from the industry by graduation in the spring of 2023. Worked during my studies since 2021 as an analyst for Boeno, a job that involved finding and valuing properties that could then be acquired and exploited. Analyzed about 1,000 different properties. Created presentation material before meetings with investors with portfolio values of around SEK 10 million. Was responsible for the market analysis in the company and develop models in Excel to effectively filter out which markets should be prioritized. It was important to be accurate, be able to have several balls in the air, learn new things and take responsibility when the company was small and new.During the summer holidays from my studies in 2019 and 2020, I worked as a deputy production manager for Implenia. It was important to be able to work together in groups, cope with stress, be solution-oriented and be able to prioritize what was most important when the railway network for one of the busiest routes in the whole country was to be renovated. The project was worth SEK 885 million. Was responsible for several smaller projects with workers from different countries and cultures, which meant that communication needed to be good and clear. Several procurements with different actors were carried out. A successful procurement required good business acumen and the ability to deal with different types of people.Motivations are to build a better society, find and create value and take things to new levels. The real estate industry is similar to the dance competitions, in the aspect that goals are measurable, confirming that new levels are reached. I'm a results-oriented guy who likes to spread my forward-thinking energy. I learn new tasks quickly and am open and happy to take on new challenges.Furthermore, I have a b-driving license, a car, good language and computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, regression analyses, scenario analyses, vlookup and if functions), Powerpoint, Word and Datscha.
